Payment

Payment can only be accepted in US dollars. If this is a problem for you, please let me know.

Currently I only accept on-line payment by Paypal and Google Checkout. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Any credit card will do. I also accept money orders and personal checks, although personal checks will need to clear before shipment.

Please choose the method of payment you feel most comfortable with.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within three business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 pounds. If your book order is heavy or oversize, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.

* Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carrier’s delivery time.

All reasonable care is taken with postage and packaging to make sure that items reach you in the condition they leave me. If any item shipped within the US is damaged in transit, please return it to me within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

If any overseas (non-US) shipments are damaged in transit, please email me with the details.

Cancellation

If you cancel an order for any reason prior to shipment I will refund in full any payments made.

For cancellation of orders where the items have been shipped, please refer to the section on Refunds & Returns.

Refunds & Returns

I have a 100% guarantee for all items purchased. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased simply return it to me within 7 days of receipt for a 100% refund including shipping and return postage.

Any refund due will be paid immediately on my receipt of the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum amount of my liability for any transaction arising from this website, or otherwise, shall be the purchase price paid for the purchase of any item(s) from, on or through this website from plus any appropriate postage costs as provided for in the sections governing “Cancellations” and “Refunds and Returns.”

I expressly exclude any liability to you or any third party for any loss, cost, liability, damage, expense, loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or any other direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall I be liable for any loss, cost, liability, damage, expense, loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or any other direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, any of the features, functions or materials in this website, even if I have been advised specifically of the possibility of such loss or damage.
